East West Brewing Co. - Saigon’s first in-house craft brewery and kitchen concept located in the heart of District 1, HCMC; an area that brings together the local community, expats, and tourists from around the world.

The 1,500 Liter brewery is located onsite at the same location where all of the beer making takes place as well as the packaging of bottles and kegs. With a modern industrial designed venue, we hope to achieve a fun, warm, friendly, and approachable atmosphere that is accompanied with upscale customer service and unparalleled homemade food and craft beer. The brewery consists of a showroom (taproom, restaurant, and rooftop beer garden) with seating for customers to come and see the brewing process while enjoying the beers made right in front of them.

We combine both Western and Eastern cultures and express it through our craft beers and food styles, and want to share our authenticity of Vietnamese cuisine by creating newly innovative dishes that will truly touch your heart as well as appetite. East West Brewing Co. blends traditional Vietnamese cuisine with Western innovation resulting in a fresh contemporary dining experience served in a modern setting.

And with over 12 original beer styles on tap, 8 core beers rotating year around, and a fully developed lunch and dinner menu, East West Brewery always has something new to offer. Combining both European tradition and American concepts to craft original styles that often include a taste of Eastern culture, while brewing a wide range of styles that blend superior ingredients – from the East to the West.
