The Flavors Vietnam 2024 F&B Conference, held on 18th September at New World Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City, centered around the theme "Building a Resilient and Thriving F&B Industry in Vietnam." It brought together over 300 industry leaders, investors, and key stakeholders to discuss and explore the latest trends, strategies, and innovations shaping the future of Vietnam’s F&B sector.
Empowering the F&B industry in Vietnam
As an annual event co-organized by Vietcetera and Mastercard, Flavors Vietnam has, over the past four editions, established itself as a platform for showcasing and elevating Vietnam's F&B industry on the global stage.
Flavors Vietnam 2024 officially launched in June with the theme "Crafting shared culinary experiences." The program began with Flavors Bar Week, followed by the Flavors Conference, Restaurant Month, concluding with a Flavors Award Ceremony that's combined with the Flavors Festival - a brand-new event introduced this year.

In their keynote, Yosuke and Sanae Masuko of Pizza 4P’s shared their inspiring growth story that creates a positive impact on society by combining passion, innovation, and a commitment to sustainability and community. The conference also featured inspiring insights from Thue Quist Thomasen, CEO of Decision Lab, who highlighted the need for the F&B industry to embrace change, presenting key findings from the latest 2024 F&B trend report.
