ANAN Saigon is a new Vietnamese restaurant located in District 1 in the center of Saigon specializing in Vietnamese street food-inspired dishes by the award-winning chef Peter Cuong Franklin.
Chef Peter’s New Vietnamese Cuisine is based on local market fresh ingredients and reflects a vision of the new Vietnam that is deeply rooted in the country’s history and tradition yet progressive and international in outlook.
