Multi-sensory experiences made possible through advanced technologies

Rather than simply giving the Ballroom a cosmetic makeover, Le Méridien Saigon has embarked on a full reimagining that allows it to partner more intimately with clients to craft inspiring conferences, impactful corporate events, dreamy weddings, and memorable moments that achieve their lofty aims with a distinctive, personal touch. One of the Ballroom’s most notable enhancements is a next-generation ceiling-mounted sound system, which delivers an immersive 360-degree audio experience. It is supported by a background music system with fully-integrated subwoofers capable of perfectly reproducing ultra-low frequencies. As a result, event melodies and soundscapes arrive with profound depth, force, and vibrancy.

The Ballroom’s new auditory capabilities are joined by upgraded visual upgradates. Technological enhancements include a professional lighting system equipped with modern PAR LED and moving beam fixtures, so the entire space can adapt to a wide range of event styles. Whether for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, gala dinners, year-end parties, or weddings, the Ballroom can be easily transformed to meet diverse staging requirements and moods ranging from sophisticated to highly creative.

Clients can explore multiple display and layout options during their site visit and conversations with the experienced event team, making it easy to visualize how the space will be arranged for their particular event. With its sharp resolution and superior display quality, the system noticeably improves the impact of any performance, speech or presentation.

This investments in the Ballroom reflect Le Méridien Saigon’s commitment to continuously elevating overall service quality and optimizing event-hosting experiences. Rather than requiring clients to source additional technical equipment, the Ballroom comes fully equipped with all the advanced technology they may need, ready for immediate use.
