From the past to the present, poetry, literature, and music have always been melodies and harmonies that resonate through time, evoking sacred and profound memories within each person. Every time these verses and songs are heard, they awaken a deep longing for home and homeland.

With the theme of homeland and roots, the concert program "Echoes of Home" - "Âm Vọng Hồn Quê" will take audiences on a journey through the lands and cultures that shaped the great composers.

Part I embarks on a musical adventure, starting with the vibrant rhythms of Hungary in Hungarian Rhapsody by Liszt, the gentle charm of England in The Salley Gardens, the allure of Italy with O Sole Mio and Me voglio fa ‘na casa, and the deep Norwegian echoes in Solveig's Song. The journey continues to South America with Suite Populaire by Vasquez Edmundo, and then to the mystical Celtic landscapes through Celtic Suite by Roberto Di Marino.

Part II brings listeners closer to familiar memories, deeply imbued with national sentiment. From Spain with Danzas Españolas by Enrique Granados, to Vietnam with Những Kỷ Niệm Quê Hương (Homeland memories) by Hoàng Dương and the folk song Bèo Dạt Mây Trôi (Floating water-ferns and wandering clouds), then to England’s poetic expression in Whither Must I Wander? by Ralph Vaughan Williams. The program also features compositions reflecting the spirit of different homelands: the German intensity in Rhapsody by Brahms, the Polish resilience in Revolutionary Étude by Chopin, the Russian soul in Moments Musicaux by Rachmaninoff, and the haunting French mystique in Danse Macabre by Saint-Saëns.

SCG and our artists aim to offer non-commercial and free-of-charge concerts to the public. However, we also seek sponsorship or donations to maintain activities and fully develop our potential. Every support, even small, is considered a source of inspiration and motivation for us in refining the next performances.

All of your donations will be used to cover the costs of room renting, tea breaks, printing, organizing, and preparing materials for the concert.

Securing an entry is based on the time of registration. Limited seats are available; therefore, please consider registering within 12 hours after the concert’s announcement. You can confirm your registration via the online registration form in the given link. By registering in this way, you can immediately receive a digital invitation letter via your email, which also makes your check-in much faster.

Or you can send a confirmation letter to info@saigonclassical.vn, which should be titled as Registration for the concert [Name of the concert], your personal information: Full name, Email, and Telephone number. If you have a company, please repeat such steps for him/her.
Proper attire is required.

Children aged under 8 years will not be admitted into our venue.

We recommend arriving at the concert venue at least 25 minutes before the performance begins. Performances start promptly and latecomers should wait until the break during the performance upon which they will be shown to their seats.
