After many years of patiently working with materials, paint colors, forms, and the small stories behind each character, Oleander Workshop is pleased to introduce its first solo exhibition, “Toy Village,” a space where the world of scale models is recreated in a warm and familiar way.

This exhibition is made possible with the support of Annam Gallery, the venue sponsor and a trusted partner who has opened up a space for the artworks to meet the public in the most complete and thoughtful way.

About Oleander Workshop: With nearly 20 years of continuous study and professional practice in industrial fine arts, Oleander Workshop is a Vietnam-based studio specializing in the fabrication, processing, and production of scale models.

About the exhibited works: The pieces belong to the Toy Village Collection, owned by Oleander Workshop, with the following core themes:

They highlight the visual values and spirit of Vietnam, aligning with modern life, emerging professions, and new aesthetic thinking that is rapidly developing among young people in Vietnam and around the world. They convey that traditional culture is not something distant, old, or outdated. Each work is the result of a collaboration across multiple disciplines related to art and modern technology, including 2D concept development, color concept, 3D concept, 3D modeling and sculpting, 3D printing technology, mold-making, mass casting, painting, packaging, and more.
