PDSH Workshops: Anxiety and Depression @ Sidewalk Hanoi

    AAA
Join us for a special four part series of Personal Development & Self-Help Workshops.

Completely self-funded and not-for-profit, PDSH Workshops will aim to bring you a light hearted learning experience on a fortnightly basis that is entirely free for you to attend.

This episode's workshop will be providing a safe environment in which we can all share our experiences we've had regarding depression or anxiety. This episode's aim is to equip attendees with the skills necessary for practicing consistent self-love within and being able to support those around them that may be going through a rough patch in their lives.

Perhaps you have never been depressed or experienced anxiety but would just like to come and show some support for those who have. Either way we hope to provide you all with the insight and tools for attacking these bumps in the road as life delivers them to you.

Take part in our workshop to contribute to group discussions, brainstorm ideas on handouts, and acquire the finest flavours of knowledge that will equip you with all the necessary tools to continually grow and achieve things you never knew you could.

We encourage attendees to come up and share their experiences with everyone so that we may all, ourselves included, walk away with fresher perspectives on subjects that can make us all the best we can be.

Our goal is to kick ass at life alongside each and every other person who is interested in doing so too.
