The ‘Regal Quintessence - The Triple Michelin Star Dinner’ menu is a carefully curated masterpiece, showcasing five courses: Honey-glazed Barbecued Pork - Deep-fried 6-heads Abalone with Salt Pepper - Chilled Assorted Mushrooms with Hot and Sour Sauce, Braised Crab Claw with Shark Fin in Winter Melon, Two Kinds of Lobster Delight, Slow-cooked Beef Cheek with Golden Garlic, Double-stir-fried Hong Kong Choy Sum, Braised Japanese Kanto Sea Cucumber in Abalone Sauce with Japanese Rice, culminating in two divine desserts. This is Cantonese culinary artistry at its finest, where premium ingredients and masterful techniques intertwine, preserving the true essence of each flavor.

Seafood, known for its fresh and delicate taste, is central to the menu. The ‘Regal Quintessence - The Triple Michelin Star Dinner’ is priced from VND 3,888,000++/pax and will be served exclusively on April 17th and 18th, 2025.

With over 40 years of experience, Chef Siu Hin Chi is one of Hong Kong's most renowned Cantonese chefs, having held pivotal roles in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout his career. He has achieved an impressive 24 Michelin stars in his 10 years of culinary practice. Currently, he is the creative force behind Ying Jee Club—a prestigious two-Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of Hong Kong's bustling Central district, where traditional Cantonese cuisine is elevated to an art form.

Joining Chef Siu is Chef Wong Fu Keung, the visionary behind Long Triều at The Reverie Saigon, a restaurant that has redefined fine Cantonese dining in Vietnam. Under his guidance, Long Triều earned Michelin Selected in 2023 and its first Michelin star in 2024, a testament to his exceptional talent and dedication.
