Classic Fine Foods is pleased to announce that AnAn Saigon has been awarded one Michelin star by the prestigious Michelin Guide. The award was presented to chef Peter Cuong Franklin and the AnAn Saigon team at a ceremony held at the restaurant on July 12, 2023.
AnAn Saigon is the first restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City to receive a Michelin star. The restaurant is known for its modern take on Vietnamese cuisine, using traditional ingredients and techniques in innovative ways. Chef Franklin, who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong, Chicago, and Bangkok, brings his international experience to AnAn Saigon, creating dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning.
