The ‘Singapore Week’ at JW Café presents Chef Mark Suah from W Singapore – Sentosa Cove. Starting his culinary journey at the age of 16, Chef Mark has gathered over ten years of expertise and multiple honors around Asia. Since 2021, he has worked as Chef de Partie at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove, specializing in crafting locally inspired culinary creations.
In his first visit to JW Café, Chef Mark Suah will highlight the distinct flavors of Singapore's multicultural cuisine with a lunch and dinner buffet menu offering eight intriguing dishes such as Singapore Chili Crab, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and Salted Egg Chicken,...and many more.Notably, his creative take on Laksa from W Singapore – Sentosa Cove will add an exciting twist to the week.
