From the organizer: Madame Souza’s pride is his grandson. She raised and encouraged him to become a cyclist.

But one day, as he’s racing at the Tour de France, a mafia gang kidnaps him to bring him in the bustling metropolis of Belleville. Madame Souza will track down the men with her loyal puppy Bruno and later the help of the Belleville Triplets, music hall singers from the 1930s.
