Do you enjoy making things by hand? Do you appreciate the love, care and thought that go into the making process?

Then join us to make a personal connection with two wonderful crafts; ancient Japanese resist dye – Shibori, and traditional bookbinding.

The Art & Design Tutor will be collaborating with Hien from TuHu Ceramics to lead this special workshop. You will create your very own Shibori book cover with various resist techniques. This will be followed by a step-by-step bookbinding demonstration lead by Hien, a talented artist and ceramicist; the result is a beautifully handcrafted journal - no prior experience is required.

This is a one-day workshop taking place on Sunday 14th January 10.30am – 4.30pm @ the art tutor’s studio in Thao Dien.
