Animal Rescue & Care was founded in 2008 and is Vietnam’s largest volunteer-based animal rescue organization in Ho Chi Minh City.

Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome stray, injured and abused dogs and cats around the city. Education, community involvement and fundraising is a key to making a long-term impact in Vietnam.
