From the organizer: Outcast Kitchen is back to Free Food Wednesday with Patatas Bravas - a Spanish dish - by chef Nano Morante.

Traveling the world and living far from home - Argentina - over 10 years, Nano Morante has tried his hands on different jobs, but he's always passionate about culinary and cooking. He's become a chef since 2004, worked in famous restaurants and stars hotels in Argentina, Lebanon, Colombia, and Hongkong. He got an authentic homemade Gazpacho recipe from a Spanish lady in Barcelona and would love to share his favorite simple-to-make dish with friends and everyone. 

Food will be served from 8 pm until running out. Please support us by purchasing drinks of 45k or above, starting from 7:45. 

We serve a different dish every week. Whether you're a professional chef or a culinary enthusiast, if you love cooking and always want to share the food you cook, why not sign up and show us the skills you learned from your mom or your family recipe or event a specialty from your hometown/country! 

You'll be offered a kitchen, a budget for ingredients, and up to 70 dearest guests, not to mention a team of staff who can help you with shopping and preparing everything, or even promoting your own business!
