Healthy & Inexpensive Meals Making Workshop Part II @ La Holista

Meal planning is one of the most important things to stay on track with your healthy eating habits.

We often worry it will take a lot of time and kitchen tools we might not have in our homes. For this workshop, we will only use a chopping board, a knife, burners, pots and a blender.

If you are anything like us, you might have little time during the week to cook for yourself and you are trying to save a buck or two from ordering outside. This is why this event is for you!

Join us for this exclusive workshop where Chiara Squinzi, certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher, will teach you how to make 3 delicious one-pot meals. 

During the class we will prepare:

1) Asian Peanut Brown Rice Noodles (cold dish) 
2) Organic Whole-Wheat Penne Pasta with Cheesy Sauce
3) Lentil & Potato Stew

You will learn everything from where to find all the ingredients to the basic techniques for cooking and how to use the best spices to make your food more flavourful.
