"Happy NRG duo" is the dynamic mix of the music and songs of Francis Dove with the smooth creative licks of Trung Van Thanh on Lead Guitar.

Francis Dove is a musician, guitarist, vocalist, and composer. Has been playing professionally in New Zealand and Northern Europe since 1998. After Norway, Sweden and Finland, he has played extensively in the Baltic States and produced two albums in Latvia, and more recently in Scotland and Vancouver Island Canada. Playing guitar all told for over 31 years. 

Francis has been playing many different venues with his large repertoire of songs both original and covered versions done in his own special style, this has given great joy to many audiences over the last 17 years of his travels.

Now in Saigon Francis is starting a recording project. Which will work to release two music video’s with new produced songs, and also start work on his ultimate goal of producing an album of devotional music for the Baha’i Faith which he has given service to in 7 countries in the last 18 years.

Started pick up the guitar when 16 and involved in Saigon music scene from 2009 with an original Funk punk band played almost venue around the town. Growing up with blues music from Eric Clapton, Robert Johnson, BB King,… In teenager age get interested from younger stuff like Parliament Funkadelic and Red Hot Chili Peppers. But now as a guitarist, he is only focus on the deep rich sound from the solo and any music idea that captured in his mind.
