Terrific Truffle Specialties @ The Reverie Saigon

A selection of special dishes featuring black truffles will delight discerning diners this October and November at The Reverie Saigon’s Café Cardinal and R&J Italian Restaurant.

Long prised in Europe as the ultimate delicacy, these sought after truffles elevate an entire dish to make it something greater than the sum of its parts. The black truffle’s subtle yet distinctive flavour imparts an almost magical element to any dish, and now diners can experience the magic for themselves.

At Café Cardinal, dishes include Asparagus with cream of organic egg, truffle, lumpfish caviar and aged balsamic; or the incomparable Tournedos Rossini, a combination of USDA Beef medallion, foie gras and truffle.

Over at R&J Italian Restaurant, featured creations include risotto with porcini mushrooms, truffle and cheese fondue; and Cappesante, a delightful mix of Japanese scallops, prosciutto ham, green pea mash, asparagus and truffle hollandaise.

Prices range from VND288,000++ to VND888,000++.
