Wines from legendary label Castello Banfi will be matched with an exquisite menu prepared by the winery’s Sous Chef including Pappa al pomodoro (fresh tomato, garlic, basil and Tuscan bread, extra virgin olive oil), “Caciucco” livornese salad (lobster, tuna tartar, scampi, oyster, crab, black olive and caper salad), Robollita (traditional Tuscan vegetable soup, finocchiona salami, farmer bread), Pappardelle cinghiale (homemade pappardelle, wild boar ragout, truffle, Pecorino Toscano cheese), Guancia Maremmana (16 hours cooked beef cheek, potato and porcini, hazelnuts, Montalcino honey sauce), Cioccolato, amarena, pistacchio (Chocolate, pistachio ice cream, almond crumble, Banfi Florus Amarena cherry sauce).

On November 20, the six-course meal with paired wined is priced at VND 2,488,000++ per person. From November 21 to 24 the dinner is VND 1,488,000++ per person or VND 2,488,000++ per person with paired wines.
