For VND 1,400,000++ per person, our Vietnamese set menu features a Vietnamese-style oyster trilogy that will kick off your night on the right foot and hopefully leave you in the good books for at least until the end of the month!

First up, get yourself cosy with our plump and juicy bite-sized oysters grilled with spring onion and a drizzle of yummy pork fat. Then try our molluscy mouthfuls coated in a crispy tempura batter dunked in a tangy tamarind sauce, followed by them lovingly baked and topped with crunchy garlic sprinkles for some added bite.

Don’t even think about reaching for the after-dinner mints just yet, because up next on the menu is everybody’s favourite – fried soft shell crab served with a bon bon salad. This style of salad is a typical Mekong Delta dish for any occasion that usually consists of shrimp, pork, carrot, bon bon – a crunchy, fibrous vegetable in salads of the region – mint, garlic and chili, doused in some fish sauce, then sprinkled with roasted peanuts and eaten with toasted flour crackers. Our version, however, takes things up a notch, as we always do, with the addition of fried soft shell crab instead of shrimp.

Meanwhile, lovers of both land and sea won’t be disappointed one bit with our “surf & turf” combination consisting of lobster served with barbecue short ribs, followed by dessert to end the night off on a sweet note, which includes chilled jackfruit puree with sago pearls and red bean, and hand rolled chocolate truffles.
