Happy New Year! Or should we say... HAPPY NEW DECADE!!! How does Crossfit Thao Dien start 2020 off right?! With a member social of course

On Saturday 18th January at 6.30pm we'll be taking our fitness outside the box to Jump Arena (63 Xa lộ Hà Nội, Thảo Điền) where we'll be getting a different kind of workout through some fun team games on the trampolines followed by a couple of beers at the new Biacraft on Xuan Thuy - feel free to join us for one or both!
