The general opinion of plant-based diets is that they are boring and flavourless.

The majority of the commercially produced foods contain milk or egg in some form, and making your own version at home can be fun and the result extremely delicious!

Learning how to eliminate dairy from your every day life can bring many benefits: from the disappearance of IBS symptoms, to smooth skin, clear thinking and weight loss.

By consuming more plant-based cheeses you can acquire all these benefits in a very short time.

We, at La Holista Co., Ltd. take your health very seriously and want to help you learn how to make homemade delicious wholesome cheeses. Chiara Squinzi, Certified Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and Functional Medicine Practitioner, will teach you how to make these 3 recipes:

- Cultured Plant-Based Mozzarella
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Veggie Nachos Sauce

You will learn everything from where to find the ingredients, including nutritional yeast and agar agar, to cooking techniques, new flavours, spices, and also how to prepare these foods easily without making a mess in the kitchen.

We will not use dairy, eggs, or honey during the workshop, making it extremely suitable for anybody with lactose or egg intolerance and people on a plant-based diet. All foods are gluten-free too.
