Beginning with a 5 meditation to calm and focus, followed by 10 mins introduction of the basics of flower arrangements and techniques. Then 1hr for you to mindfully arrange your floral piece of art and let your creativity unfold, expressing your emotions with flowers. Refreshments can be ordered and paid directly to ZuZu.
