La Holista - Organic Kombucha Making Workshop (week day) @ La Holista

Kombucha is an effervescent fermented tea drink originated in Korea and Japan. It is rich in probiotic, b-vitamins and enzyme and has a high concentration of acids that bring many benefits to the drinkers: improved digestion, increased energy, cleansing, detoxification, immune support and mood balancing to name a few.

We at La Holista Co., Ltd. take your gut health seriously and want to help you learn how to make your own organic kombucha at home so that you can enjoy it everyday.

In this workshop, Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Functional Medicine Practitioner and Vegan Nutritionist Chiara Squinzi will teach you how to make kombucha fermentation, flavouring and bottling.

For this special class, we will use organic tea and coconut sugar to make the highest quality fizzy drink.

You will learn everything from making the tea and taking care of your scoby, to bottling and flavouring.
