Bored with mass-produced vases or planters? Join us for a workshop learning all things ceramic in ‘Vases and Planters’ – a handmade pottery workshop presented by Hey Camel Ceramics. Inspired by the Japanese arts of Ikebana and Mame Bonsai, the instructors from Hey Camel Ceramics will show you how to create one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces, using simple hand building clay and coil pottery techniques, stoneware clay and other natural local materials.
What you’ll gain from this workshop:
An opportunity to learn the craft of pottery;
Get inspired and create your own piece of pottery;
After the workshop, your piece will be baked at Hey Camel’s studio. Please note: you will be notified to collect your piece at Hey Camel’s studio in 2-3 weeks time after the workshop.
