Empathy - The Untold Stories @ The Cultural Youth House

Photo exhibition: “Empathy – The untold stories” by Le Hong Linh is the first time photographer Le Hong Linh officially revealed his unpublished photographs.

Through his “soulful” camera lens, he tells stories about “Empathy” from all the fabric of life: from the innocent smiles and velvet eyes of the children; to the ups and downs of the unsung heroes overcoming the vicissitudes of daily life; to the time wrinkles on the elderly’s portraits as the living proof of their “life diaries”; and to the empathetic voices of nature, old villages, rice fields, leaves and morning drew drops, etc.

Through this Photo exhibition, Linh wants to transmit the message about the importance of empathy in arts, creativity and education, where he humbly shares “at last, I am also the one spending more than 30 years on the classroom lectern.”

At his first ever exhibition on the topic of "empathy", photographer Le Hong Linh would like to convey the importance of "empathy" in arts, in innovation, education, like how he has lived it through "30 years of life as a teacher".

All proceeds from this exhibition and auction shall be contributed to Library of Dreams project to build arts and science libraries for disadvantaged kids in remote areas of Vietnam. More information is available at the Empathy website.
