SYS Sister Sounds presents 2-Day DJ Course Pho The Girls in Saigon.

We’re super excited to finally bring out our 2 day DJ Course in Saigon for those who want to start taking their DJ skills to the next level for womxn and non-binary people only.

This course will roll-out from 11am-3pm Saturday, Sunday and the following Saturday. Through-out this course you will learn the skills to DJ, beat-match, as well as learning how to brand yourself and how to get booked.

At the end of the course, participants will also (if they dare) play at one of our Pho The Girls gigs. You’ll also get a voucher to practice on our CDJs for a day. Spots are limited, please register to guarantee your spot.

DAY 1
- Introduction to Pioneer CDJ’s
- Learn how to connect equipment
- Fade Mixing
- Cueing techniques, setting a cue point
- Counting beats and bars

DAY 2
- Beat-Matching basics
- Beat matching different tracks
- Using basic EQ controls
- Cross-fader technique
- Loops & Hot Cues

The course will be hosted by Maggie Tra.
