The year 2022 marks the second time that Lê Hồng Linh holds a solo exhibition, named “Light and Shadow.” This exhibit holds 10 color and 20 monochrome photographs and an photograph art book called "Empathy" (includes 108 art photographs).

“Light and Shadow” are coexisting oppositions that bring forth the profound philosophical thinking.

A monochrome photograph is also a minimalized color one that could evoke viewers’ emotion by exhibiting a binary transition from the white (light) to the black (shadow) and sequentially shadow to light that would eventually help to express the photographers’ way of thinking about right and wrong, and their emotion and attitude toward life.

The spotlight of this exhibition shines on two photographs named “Light and Shadow” and “Time #7.” Both have received international honors and recognition as photographic masterpieces.

They represent the sophisticated demonstration of “light and shadow” by Lê Hồng Linh.
