“HIÊN NHÀ - NGÀY MƯA ĐẦU MÙA”| DAOS PERSONAL EXHIBITION AT REI ARTSPACE

The story "Hiên Nhà" is one of the core themes of Daos's works. For him, "Hiên Nhà" became a symbol of each person's worldview. A little corner on the porch is where every story begins: the choices, the walks, the hesitations and decisions each person makes before stepping out of their comfort zone. The porch is the boundary between the familiar (the family inside) and the unfamiliar (the outside world). A starting point but at the same time a point to return to "safe haven" for yourself.

The exhibition "Hiên Nhà - Ngày Mưa Đầu Mùa" is a conversation that continues from Daos' previous perspective. Small things or forgotten corners were found by him and brought that spirit into a new series of works. Daos focuses on the strength of exploiting beauty from simplicity to simulate changes in human life; when it comes to the seemingly smallest things.
