Originally from the outskirts of Bilbao, Basque country, he's been traveling the globe for the past two years, honing his skills at some of the best restaurants in the world, from Paris to New York to Singapore.

He's been trained in Michelin starred establishments like Noma in Copenhagen, Mugaritz in San Sebastian, Pure C in the Netherlands. Expect an eclectic menu showcasing his strong Basque roots and influenced by the many cultures, cuisines, techniques and flavors he's explored.
