This class is great for those wishing to strengthen their back, abdominals or endure back pain. Stretching your body will result in you having increased movement of your joints and increased circulation as well is increasing your energy levels.

It is a Great full body workout using bodyweight exercises.

This class is suitable for all and it’s great for keeping you fit and health using slow moving stretches.
