The first dinner event is themed on water, and will see Café Cardinal’s Paul Pettini team up with Nén Light’s Summer Le.

Renowned for weaving stories through her menus Chef Le tells the tale of her seaside home of Danang, while Pettini hails from the island of Corsica.

The combination of French technique and the bounty of the local waters will mesmerize.

The Water dinner will be held at the Café Cardinal pool terrace at The Reverie Saigon on Thursday 30th March 2023, starting at 6:00pm.

The six-course menu with three courses prepared by Chef Paul Pettini and three courses by Chef Summer is priced at VND2,888,000++ /person, with optional wine pairing, including water at VND1,400,000++.
