The next Izakaya event showcases the versatility of tea as a culinary gem where each dish is a masterpiece that pays homage to the revered Japanese traditions. At the heart of the Izakaya Omakase experience lies Sado, or "way of the tea," widely known as the tea ceremony. Handcrafted Japanese cocktails by guest mixologist Trung from Mizumi Westlake Hanoi will be making his debut at Oku for this Izakaya occasion. These cocktails will pair unique flavours with the earthy depth of Japanese tea, creating the perfect complement to each Omakase creation.
