An additional dish in the set is the succulent, juicy chicken satay skewers, each morsel infused with a harmonious blend of traditional Indonesian spices. The aromatic dance of lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, and coriander intertwines with the smoky charred edges offer a delightful contrast to the tender chicken satay, giving every bite a satisfying crunch.
