Toshimaya Fair
agataJapan cordially invites you to experience Japanese sake with Toshimaya Shuzou – one of the oldest sake producers in Tokyo, with more than 400 years of history deeply connected to Edo culture.

This marks the second time representatives of Toshimaya Shuzou have visited Vietnam since 2024, bringing with them fresh perspectives on traditional Edo sake, along with exclusive insights and experiences available only at this Toshimaya Fair.

Featured sake selections
Toshimaya Fair will focus on introducing two sake lines that represent the classic Edo style:

* Kinkon Junmai Muroka Genshu “Juemon” Rich in character, unfiltered and undiluted, expressing the full personality of traditional sake.
* Kinkon Junmai Ginjo Edo Sake “Oji” Elegant, well-balanced, and refined, carrying the signature of classic Edo style.

Participants will have the opportunity to taste these two signature sake from Toshimaya Shuzou, along with a selection of other carefully curated Japanese sake.

In addition, you will have the chance to meet and converse directly with representatives from Toshimaya Shuzou, hear the stories behind each bottle, and explore more deeply the philosophy of Japanese sake making.
