Time: 10:00AM – 1:00PM
Venue: District 3, HCMC.
We move from point A to point B – chasing endings, marking beginnings, focused on before and after. But what happens in between?
What if we leaned into that quiet space instead of rushing to conclusions based on what we already know? What if we shifted our attention to how we move through transitions?
This workshop invites you to dwell in the liminal phase – the threshold where beginnings and endings dissolve into one another.
What if clarity in movement wasn’t cause and effect, but a choice to emerge while sensing other possible paths?
We won’t define a fall as merely standing to lying, but listen to its unfolding potential. Time stretches, space expands, and transformation arises rather than being controlled.
This is not about arriving, but becoming – where direction remains open, and movement is not a decision, but a question.
Contact Improvisation (CI) is about discovering creative movement in connection with others—no choreography, just playful exploration using touch, mutual support, and communication through movement.
It’s dance with no steps, where presence and curiosity drive each interaction. CI brings together people who “WANNA PLAY”—because in CI, collaboration, trust, and curiosity are at the core.
