FETA, a program bringing video art to the public, has reached its 04-year milestone and is continuing to expand its presence. Not only domestically, since late 2025, FETA has also begun screenings abroad. Video art by young Vietnamese artists has reached audiences in Vietnam and internationally in places other than exhibition spaces, through a non-profit project based on the principle of co-designing and co-building. APD Center calls for support through the existing resources of art spaces, cultural organizations and private educational institutions, and has screened approximately 20 works to date, with the number of works continuing to increase each year.

FETA's creative projects are a combination of practices including artistic consultation and critique, technical support, and updates on the specialized language and methods of video art. FETA responds to the need for learning, creates a practice environment for young artists to accumulate experience and skills, supplement academic knowledge, engage in dialogue and criticism. It is also an opportunity to compare video art with other forms of experimental, entertainment and commercial film; thereby clarifying the art form, role, language and aesthetic value of video art within the entire spectrum of moving image art forms in an era when audiovisual technology is pervasive across the media that saturate society today.

Continuing that journey, FETA 2026 introduces 08 works by 06 artists through three screening periods, taking place at the spaces of project partners in Hanoi and HCMC. Screening #2 runs until the end of October 2026, presenting two works "quá khứ tiếp diễn" (thou) and "Những nghịch lý bận rộn" (Triệu Minh Hải).
