From the organizer: Hello runners! Wake up early and do you workout whilst all other people are still in dreamland.

Schedule:

05:30 AM : 15 minutes gathering and warm up; make sure to do your own warm up
05:45 AM Sharp we will start running

To avoid that people wait a long time in the morning, we will start immediately at 5:45AM. In case you didn't arrive yet, please follow the route and we will meet you on the route. Do however send a message if you are later. 

Route
Today we have one straight forward route:

A 12.2km route which can be made shorter as you like to anything you like:

So from Saigon Pearl to the Australian international school and back OR make it shorter. This is easy for beginners to join in.

The run should be done in HRZ2 in case you follow the wednesday runs as well. So nice relaxed and in one go without stopping

Notes:
HRZ1 - Very light => Improves Overal health and helps recovery
HRZ2 - Light => Improves basic endurance and fat burning
HRZ3 - Moderate => Improves aerobic fitness
HRZ4 - Hard => Increases maximum performance capacity
HRZ5 - Maximum => Develops maximum performance and speed
