This is an evening inspired by soul music and will feature a Live Performance by LA-NAI GABRIEL and a DJ Set by MARAPHORIA. Both inspired by artists such as Marvin Gaye, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, D'Angelo and Smokey Robinson - these two will take the stage to fill your souls with beautiful music all night on Thursday, 16th July.

ABOUT LA-NAI GABRIEL
La-Nai Gabriel is an award-winning singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist proficient on piano, voice, saxophones and woodwinds.

A first-generation Canadian, La-Nai was born to Caribbean immigrants, who instilled in her a deep love and understanding of soca, calypso and reggae music from the West Indies. Merging this love with the rock, R&B, hip-hop and jazz which dominated the taste of La-Nai’s peers resulted in a unique blend of influence, the fruits of which lay bare within each of the profound songs, the poignant melodies, the authentic grooves, and her heartfelt lyrics. She only recently moved to Saigon and has already added more soul to the scene.

ABOUT MARAPHORIA
It is undeniable that Maraphoria aka Mara lives and breathes music. Her passion for music has encouraged her to master different talents such as drumming, choreography and now, DJing. Maraphoria has graced DJ booths all over Saigon and is establishing herself as a go-to for turning out a party. Mara's soulful set will consist of music from her favorite soul selections ranging from the Motown era to the sweet sounds of Neo-Soul.

Her ear for good music is second-to-none selecting music so contagious it’s difficult not to move and groove with her!
