Southside Connection brings the best of Saigon’s underground scenes together for one weekend

Ho Chi Minh City, February 15, 2016 – This weekend music festival Southside Connection will be held at Cargo, District 4. For the very first time a wide range of genres and styles will be sharing one stage to represent a variety of Saigon’s local underground scenes.

This is a District X produced event in collaboration with Saigon Dub Station. The purpose of this festival is to celebrate and connect the artists and musicians in the city and for the city to discover Saigon’s hidden talent.

The festival’s entertainment runs for two days and will represent the city’s underground rock and hip hop scenes with artists like Suboi, Black Infinity, Jase, Demonslayer, Hazard Clique, Razor Leaf, James and the Van Der Beeks, Bui Gio, Knife Sticking Head and more!

To add more fire to this festival experience, Saigon Dub Station is hosting the Dub Corner, sound-system style, with international MC’s Rajah T, Masia One and Macky Banton. There will also be food, drink, and craft stalls at the event.
