From the organizer: From churros to chocolate, all the greatest things in life seem to start with the letters “CH.”

And for 13 glorious days, this traditional Spanish dessert will bring its Mediterranean flavour to the heart of Saigon. This fried pastry dough will make your mouth water as spicy sugar cinnamon covered churros co-mingles with tantalizing sweet bitter chocolate fondue.

Half a dozen freshly made churros are priced at VND 120,000.
