From the organizer: Along with Hoi An – Japan cultural exchange 2016, The Japanese Gourmet Week will be held from 16th August to 21st August 2016 at the hotel’s fine dining Wakaku restaurant with the hi-light being the presence of the esteemed Sushi Master – Chef Hiromi Yonekawa from the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila preparing his renowned delicacies throughout the event.
Our special promotion for Japan Gourmet Week include:
· Daily ‘Sundown Session with Sake’ from 16:00 till 18:00: Sake based cocktails pairing with Japanese street foods/snack.
· Daily ‘Teishoku’ from 16/8 – 19/8: Special set menu highlighted Japanese traditional dishes at Wakaku and Faifo Cafe.
· Special ‘East Meet West’ set menu dinner on 20/8 and 21/8 (Saturday and Sunday): Japanese menu pairing with French wines at Wakaku Restaurant.
