Is Mindfulness Meditation for you?
This 6-week course, an hour per week plus additional homework, will help you to develop a meditation routine for your personal needs. It will allow you to become aware of your thought behaviors so you to notice the early warning signs of your emotions and reactions. The course will help you gain awareness of the power of autopilot in your life and understand that you are not your thoughts.
The course includes 6 classes in 6 weeks on Monday, 12-1p.m
Fee: Early bird is 3.500.000vnd before 10th April; after that 4.000.000vnd
The course starts when we have 5 students. Maximum is 10 students. Expect to start on 15th April.
