From the organizer: Kindly arrive 5-10 minutes early for a mindful hug and then we can all start on time.

1) Mindful movements/stretching (yoga/ Qi Gong)
2) Guided meditation
3) Mindful walking
4) Short silent meditation
5) Dharma sharing
6) Finishing with mindful songs, naturally. (-:
A small donation is asked for to cover the location rental. Thank you.
