Emerging recently as one of the most innovative electronic artists of Japan’s avantgarde, Gr◯un土 (pronounced ‘Ground’) brings an entirely different type of exotic, hypnotic soundscape to his performances which enmeshes the ancient with the futuristic.
Gr◯un土’s productions are scintillating explorations of unknown, previously undiscovered worlds of sound. He is able to draw on both cutting edge creations and time-tested, deep-rooted rhythms to deliver something fresh and unknown.
His sets reflect these capabilities, drawing on an expansive range of influences to break down walls and take the audience on a journey.
He’ll be joined by another pioneering artist out of China - Knopha - who has likewise made a name for himself as a figure that is not confined to genres and clears his own path to dance floor control.
Time for something different.
