San Valentino Dinner @ Opera

This Valentine’s, treat your loved one to a special dinner at Opera as we present a delicious six-course experience selected from our sharing menu, together with a glass of Bisol Belstar Prosecco and a beautiful red rose. 

The dinner begins with Ostriche, comprising oyster on ice, cured red onion, salmon roe, oyster tartare, chives and tomato water jelly. Then, indulge in Capesante pan-seared scallops with eggplant cream, chocolate jelly and cocoa nibs. The first main course is Tortelloni ai Fiori, ricotta-stuffed ravioli flowers, sautéed calamari and saffron consommé. The romantic dinner continues with Risotto Scampi e Peperoncino, a creamy scampi and chilli risotto which will evoke your senses, and then Filetto in Crosta Di Funghi with mushroom crusted beef tenderloin, smoked mash potato and wild berries sauce. Last but not least, finish the meal with Torta alle Fragole, a lovely strawberry cake.

The six-course dinner is available at VND 2,990,000 per couple. This price is subject to 5% service charge and then 10% VAT.
