Our Mexican Dinner Buffet is the perfect way to celebrate the annual Mexican celebration ‘Cinco de Mayo’.
Our guest Mexican chef Luis Borja, was born in Mexico City. Chef Luis will prepare a delicious selection of traditional Mexican food such as drunken Chamorro pork.
Along with our grilled seafood, we have Mexican seafood specialties such as scallop and prawn coctel, red octopus ceviche and snapper veracruzana.
No Mexican feast would be complete without a taco bar; ours will feature carnitas, chicken tinga, chorizo & beef, lengua and basa fish!
Of course there will also be the famous Mexican dishes nachos, quesadillas, sopecitos, tostadas, mole, enchiladas.
Adults will love our margarita station where you can choose your favourite flavor from traditional lime, strawberry and frozen!
Kids will love our dessert bar featuring churros with chocolate dipping sauce.
