Henry Doornbos is a life coach and works with individuals on time and mind management to improve their personal happiness and professional productivity. She has helped clients through anxiety, minimize procrastination to achieve their goals and make dreams into reality.
In the open talk we’ll discuss how to calm ourselves during constant changes. What to do when uncertainty and anxiety dominate our days and create restless nights. How to overcome procrastination and where to find motivation.
Join us to learn tools how to stabilize your mind.

Mental Health Open Talk is a monthly roundtable initiative by Social ChangeMakers Network to offer the public a safe space to talk mental health and discuss solutions, with suggestions and guidance from various mental health professionals on different topic each month.
SCMN is calling for life-coaches, psychologists and therapists who would like to join this pro bono initiative and offer their time and expertise to give back to the community.
