Join us for an immersive experience with Morange Makiko, Master Instructor from the Sogetsu School of Ikebana in Tokyo, Japan. She will guide us through the world of ikebana, Japanese flower arrangement, with a modern and artistic sensibility. Her creations will incorporate local plant materials to celebrate the diversity of Vietnamese flora. Accompanied is a light, wholesome plant-based lunch from Kashew Cheese at the serene Garden Villa.
On the following two days, we are providing intensive ikebana workshops for those who are interested in an introduction to the art form or are already practicing. This is a rare opportunity to have an instructor from Japan visit and give their knowledge, insight and artistic flair to this sensitive artform. (Workshops are on Saturday and Sunday, 23rd and 24th November, from 10:30am to 4:00pm with a break in-between.)
