"Thanh Không" - A Quiet Field of Convergence Between Music and Painting
Launching the album “Em Và 30” with 11 songs by singer Võ Lê Vy, alongside 11 paintings by artist Lê Văn Trọng, within an artistic space created by Thanh Tao.
Thanh Không is a pure space where painting and music meet in a state of profound stillness. From layers of blue tones resembling traces of a fragile state suspended between presence and disappearance, to romantic and solitary melodies colored by forgotten memories, singer Võ Lê Vy and artist Lê Văn Trọng guide visitors into a distilled emotional landscape: where memories settle, sadness is gently unraveled, and people face themselves as if gazing into a tranquil lake.
The experience at Thanh Không is woven from two delicate artistic materials, the fusion of wistful shades of blue and fragile melodies:
- Visual (Artist Lê Văn Trọng): An artist who expresses inner emotions through a unique sensitivity to color, using oil paint as his primary medium. The blue tones in his paintings carry a sense of lonely longing, thin as morning mist yet concealing intense emotional vibrations beneath the surface.
- Auditory (Singer Võ Lê Vy): Choosing to slow down and listen more deeply within, Võ Lê Vy’s music has a special quality: it allows listeners to appreciate the beauty of sadness without ever letting them sink into it. This is also the spirit of “Em và 30” - an album consisting of 11 compositions by Thành Nghiệp and Thân Sao Mai, written from the threshold of turning thirty.
