A 3.5-kilometer walking tour visiting temples, shrines, a Cao Đài Holy See, pagodas, markets, and a church across An Đông and Chợ Quán Wards.

A Century of Oral Histories is a field trip that "excavates" and peels back the layers of historical and cultural memory along Trần Hưng Đạo Street, from the former Xóm Dầu area to Chợ Quán. From some of the oldest settlements in southern Vietnam to Dương Minh Canton in the Twentieth Inspectorate District, once serving as a buffer between Saigon and Chợ Lớn before gradually becoming part of central Saigon, this area is filled with stories of place names, landscapes, people, customs, spirituality, and dramatic local legends.

Time: 8:00AM - 1:30PM, Saturday, 01.08.2026.
Location: An Đông Ward, Chợ Quán Ward.
Fee: 750.000VNĐ, including breakfast and lunch, light refreshments, guide, offerings, audio headset, and study materials.

Sites to be visited: Chợ Quán Church, the tomb of Trương Vĩnh Ký, Saigon Cao Đài Holy See, Tân Kiểng Communal House, Hòa Bình Market, Vạn Phật Pagoda / Nguyễn Trãi Hospital.

Food to be enjoyed: Chú Cao Hủ Tiếu Mì / Bánh Cuốn; Múi Ché Three-Color Sweet Soup and the century-old Au Pagolac Seven-Course Beef.

Group size: Minimum 8 participants and maximum 15 participants.

Refund Policy:

• If the program is canceled: 100% refund.
• Cancel at least 48 hours in advance: 100% refund.
• Cancel 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund.
• All other cases: No refund.

Children's Policy:

• Children under 10 years old accompanied by a parent: 50% of the adult fee.
• Children from 10 to under 16 years old: 75% of the adult fee.
• Participants aged 16 and above: Full adult fee.
